Day 2
Got through another workout. I "think" the cardio was a little easier today. My arms felt the heavier weights (1.5kg) I bought yesterday though. My muscles are sore.. ALL OVER.. which is a good thing.. I guess.. :S Jillian is very motivating though and pushes you on. Now sometime today I have to get on that treadmill and do my couch to 5km run.
I hope I can walk tommorrow!
