Day 9
The results keep coming. Not only did my shred workout this morning but hopped on the treadmill in the afternoon and moved onto the next level of my Couch to 5km program. The biggest thing I noticed was that I got tired before my legs did.. usually its the other way round! I did 3km in 25 minutes alternating jogging/walking.
Last day on level 1 tommorrow. Feeling confident about being able to move on to level 2.
